YOU WILL FEEL BETTER

social media

I'm pretty sure that about a zillion people are following me. Maybe in person, maybe online. I'm not at liberty to share that information. But, as soon as I am, there will be links to things and/or incriminating photos of those following me in person. So, mostly my children and my dog. Occasionally my husband. And the barista at Starbucks, because I just shortchanged them by sixty five cents. It was an accident. They chased me. I left a good tip.

Three of the humans in our house like Disneyland a lot. One of the humans in our house loves Disneyland. A little too much maybe. With so many disadvantages to having a child with a disability, it's worth reflecting on the unexpected advantages. Advantage #1: You're allowed to approach Chewbacca and no one stops you. I may have given Aaron a little push in his direction. Aaron may not yet have words, but I have reason to suspect that he speaks Wookie. And, yes, I do walk around with that look on my face most of the day at Disneyland. With the exception of right after Space Mountain, when I'm throwing up. But, I still go on it. Sometimes I'm an awesome mom, but an awful grown up. Chewbacca approves.
